We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for a tournament, create a profile, or claim a prize, such as:

• Email Address.
• Phone Number (required for prize verification).
• Country of Residence (to determine prize eligibility).

B. Gameplay and Usage Data

We automatically collect data about your interaction with the App, including:

• Activity Data: Number of tickets collected, games played, and high scores achieved.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system (iOS/Android), unique device identifiers (Advertising ID, IDFA), and IP address.
• Fraud Prevention Data: Gameplay patterns and touch inputs used to detect bots, scripts, or click-farms.

2. Public Disclosure (Leaderboards)

By participating in a competition, you acknowledge and agree that your Username, Avatar, High Score, and Ticket Count will be publicly visible on the App’s "Live Leaderboard" and "Hall of Fame." We advise you not to use your real full name as your Username if you wish to remain anonymous to other players.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Tournament Administration: To track ticket counts, verify high scores, determine winners based on skill/activity, and distribute prizes.
• Advertising: To display advertisements (Interstitial, Rewarded Video, and Banners) managed by our internal team or third-party partners.
• Fraud Detection: To verify that ticket accumulation is legitimate and not automated.
• Service Improvement: To analyze user behavior, fix bugs, and optimize app performance.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information with third parties in the following situations:

A. Advertising Partners

We display advertisements in the App. These may be direct sponsorships managed by us or ads served by third-party networks. We may share anonymous or aggregated data with these partners solely to measure ad performance (e.g., view counts and clicks).

B. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency in the UAE).

5. Storage and Transfer of Data

Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely.

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can request deletion directly within the App settings or by emailing support@yallawin.net with the subject line "Delete My Account".

What happens when you delete your account?

• Immediate Action: Your account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to all accumulated Points, Golden Tickets, and unredeemed rewards. This action is irreversible.
• Personal Data: Your profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number) will be removed from our active user databases within 30 days.
• Retention for Legal/Audit Purposes: While your account is deleted, we are legally required by UAE financial regulations to retain specific transaction records (e.g., history of prizes won, ad interaction logs for fraud prevention) for a period of up to 5 years. This data is securely archived and accessed only for legal, audit, or tax compliance purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
