1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the YallaWin mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YallaWin Digital Technology, registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, UAE. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must also ensure that using YallaWin is legal in your country or region. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

3. Account Registration

To use YallaWin, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Coins and Tickets

• Coins 🪙 — Earned by playing games and watching rewarded ads. Used to exchange for tickets.
• Tickets 🎫 — Obtained by exchanging coins. Used to enter prize competitions.

5. Games and Earning Coins

Users earn coins by playing games within the app. Coin rewards are calculated server-side. We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates, add or remove games, and modify game mechanics at any time.

6. Rewarded Advertisements

Users may watch rewarded video advertisements to earn in-game boosters. Ad rewards are subject to a daily limit per user and a cooldown period between ad watches.

7. Prize Competitions

By entering a competition, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Each ticket represents one entry in the prize draw
• More tickets increase your chances but do not guarantee winning
• Winners are selected through a random draw conducted by YallaWin
• The draw is final and binding — results cannot be contested
• Winners will be contacted via their registered email address
• Winners must provide accurate delivery information to receive prizes
• YallaWin reserves the right to verify winner eligibility before awarding prizes
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 30 days of notification

8. Referral Program

• Each user may apply only one referral code, once
• Referral rewards are credited after the referred user plays their first game
• YallaWin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Abuse of the referral system will result in account suspension

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or earn coins
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the app or its systems
• Submitting duplicate game sessions or fraudulent ad watch requests
• Using fake or stolen accounts
• Any form of cheating, abuse, or fraudulent activity
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

10. Account Suspension and Termination

YallaWin reserves the right to suspend, ban, or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Upon termination, all coins, tickets, and competition entries will be forfeited with no compensation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within YallaWin, including logos, graphics, game assets, text, and code, is the property of YallaWin Digital Technology or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

YallaWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, coins, tickets, or competition entries due to technical issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, YallaWin Digital Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of YallaWin after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
